Last Word SC Lost Episode: Austin Berry and Earnie Stewart

(August 28, 2016) – What’s up peeps! You’re probably wondering what we’re doing publishing a podcasts on a Monday instead of a Thursday.

Last Word SC Lost Episode: Austin Berry and Earnie Stewart

We had some craziness this past off season. A few episodes were recorded, but we never got around to editing and publishing them. We finally got our act together (sort of) and we’ve decided to put these episodes together as a series of ‘Lost Episodes.’

On this Last Word SC Lost Episode, we talk to Austin Berry and Earnie Stewart! Berry had just finished up a season in the South Korean second division with FC Anyang. We talk about his experience oversees and his excitement for being back home with USL expansion side, FC Cincinnati.

In the second segment, we talk with new Philadelphia Union Technical Director Earnie Stewart. Stewart reflects on his time in the front office in the Eredivisie. He talks about the decision to come back to MLS and what his preliminary plans are with the Union.

The content is a bit late, but it’s still quality. Send it to your friend who supports the Union or FC Cincy, and let them get through Monday with some nostalgia.

You can listen to Last Word SC Radio LIVE every Thursday night at 9 PM EST at sportseventsguide.com/lwsc.

Once called the Shakespeare of the department, he covers the LA Galaxy, Colorado Rapids, and Saint Louis FC. Like the Galaxy, he too was handcrafted in LA.
