For May 2,2024, we will look at the clash between the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat from Boston. The Celtics lead the series 3-1, and are looking to get the job done in front of their own crowd. Expect a high-intensity game. The Heat need this win to keep their hopes alive.
Current Form
The Celtics have won four of their last five games. After they lost their home game against the Heat, the Celtics stepped up and have been absolutely dominant in both last games. Last game, Derrick White went crazy, dropping 38 points. The only bad news for them right now is that Kristaps Porzingis got injured and will not play in game 5. However, they have one of the deepest rosters in the league, so this should not be a big problem for them.
The Heat have lost three of their last five games. You can not do much when your best player gets injured, and you are a massive underdog. After they got that big game 2 win in Boston, the Heat could not repeat that almost perfect performance. It seems like Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo are the only two guys doing something offensively for them. Defense looks fine for them, they are hustling for every ball. The offense is their main problem, and without Rozier and Butler, we do not believe that they have a chance at winning this game.
