Ex-Burnley goalkeeper Joe Hart believes that he is still young when it comes to goalkeeping.
The 33-year-old spoke to BBC Sport about his career and his time at Turf Moor

‘I’m looking forward, I’m looking forward to the future. I’ve got nothing holding me back,” said Hart.
The former England international has spent much of his time glued to the bench under Sean Dyche at Burnley. However, he is hoping that does not block his future.
“The fact I have had to sit on the bench for 18 months in the Premier League is not going to define or crush me.
“I remember who I am. I remember playing for my local Sunday league team and trying to get into the Shrewsbury Town first team. I learned early – you need to keep things in perspective.
“You can have great things said about you in football, but you have to be strong on self-criticism, analyse what you are doing and be comfortable with it.
“Maybe from the outside, people are thinking it is a time for panic, but from the inside it is a time to look forward and see all the opportunities.
“I am young when it comes to goalkeeping. I am even younger when it comes to the mental age of a guy who just wants to go in goal and have people whack balls at him.”
Where Next for Joe Hart Following Disappointing Spell With Burnley?
As previously stated, Hart has not had the most successful spell with Burnley.
The former Manchester City goalkeeper initially started as first-choice. However, following the return of Nick Pope midway through last season, the 33-year-old returned to the bench and has spent the majority of the last 18 months as second-choice.
However, he continues to remain optimistic about his future, especially when it comes to the Premier League.
“The Premier League is a tough nut to crack in terms of finding a number one.
“I’m open minded, I’ve got a good team around me. I’m willing to have conversations with anyone who really believes in me, so that’s all I need. I need someone to believe in me and I’ll repay that faith.”
With experience and willingness to get back onto the pitch, Hart is likely to have plenty of suitors. According to reports, Scottish champions Celtic are one of several clubs interested in the 33-year-old.
