The Observer’s Ryan Gray understands that Watford want Domingos Quina to find a new club on loan in the January transfer window after he only managed three appearances on loan at Fulham and Watford want to ensure he is getting more game time.

Watford Want Domingos Quina to Get More Game Time
Watford Unhappy With Fulham Loan
At the end of the summer transfer window, Fulham signed Quina on a season long loan deal from Watford, but the player is now likely to be heading back to his parent club as they look at new options for the midfielder. Fulham have an option to buy the player at the end of the loan spell, but he has fallen out of favour with Marco Silva who, in October, told football league world that the player: ”Has to work harder.”
It now seems that Silva has not been convinced by his efforts – he hasn’t played for Fulham since. Watford feel the player hasn’t been given enough chances and now want to bring him back and find him a better loan option.
Potential
Silva also stated that it was not just in games where Quina was not working hard enough: “He got his chance and that is clear by getting in the starting 11 against Leeds and Blackpool, and it was not just a matter of performance, but in the training sessions as well.”
There is undoubted potential with Quina but he needs to work hard when on loan because that is a players’ chance to show his parent club just how good they can be. And he will need to ensure that he heeds Silva’s warning whoever his next loan club may be because if he doesn’t he could be putting that great potential in jeopardy. Watford, for one, will be hoping to see the next move work out.
