Doncaster Rovers loanee Ethan Galbraith is the subject of January loan interest from the Championship and other League One clubs, according to BBC Sport NI.
His parent club, Manchester United, will make any decision as they do hold an option to recall the Northern Ireland international this January.

Demand Was to Be Expected
Galbraith, 20, has shone about as much as he could within an inexperienced, formless Doncaster Rovers side this season. Rovers sit rock bottom in League One, six points below safety.
Things got even worse for Rovers last weekend. They took a 3-0 lead away at Morecambe and ended up losing 4-3.
Really, Manchester United can have little complaints with Doncaster Rovers when it comes to Galbraith’s game time.
The Northern Ireland international has been a regular under both Richie Wellens and Gary McSheffrey, who replaced Wellens.
Earlier in the season, when he was still Doncaster boss, Wellens told the Doncaster Free Press (via manutd.com): “People think ‘we’ll wait and see how he does on his first loan’. But, if you’re in our position, you can’t wait for that. His next loan move will be probably Championship level, so you’d miss the boat.”
Interest from the Championship is no surprise to anybody. Manchester United have a history of facilitating loan switches in January, they did it a few times last year and have already started this campaign – Ethan Laird joined Bournemouth and Axel Tuanzebe is Napoli bound.
Might Take a Few by Surprise
New Rovers boss McSheffrey recently told the Doncaster Free Press: “I’ll let Graham (Younger, head of talent identification) get on with that sort of thing but at the moment there isn’t that I’ve been made aware of any threat of us losing any of the (loan) players.”
“You look at the likes of Ethan Galbraith and Matt Smith (Arsenal) and the minutes they’ve both played, I think their clubs are happy with how much they’ve contributed and how much experience they’re getting. We’ll definitely be in contact and be reassured that we can keep them.”
Options for Doncaster Rovers are slim enough right now and they will hope to keep onto Galbraith for the remainder of the season.
