Paul Pogba is in the final stages of his move to Juventus as both sides try to iron out final details.
Fabrizio Romano reports: “Juventus are closing on final details for Paul Pogba deal. Contract almost agreed, €8m salary net per season plus add-ons. It’s just a matter of final details.” The contract is expected to be signed very soon.

Pogba to Juventus
Pogba is now ready to move on from Manchester United. Juventus were in pole position to sign the highly talented midfielder and now look set to secure the signature in the coming days. Massimiliano Allegri will be excited to work with his old midfield mainstay again to help him remake his midfield. It will be a sweet reunion for both Allegri and Pogba. The two of them had a great spell together towards the end of their time in Turin.
The French midfielder will officially leave the Red Devils at the expiry of his contract at the end of this season. Juventus immediately jumped on the opportunity to sign Pogba and began heavily discussing with the player and his agent. Those discussions seem to have paid off with Juventus now close to finalizing the deal.
What Pogba Can Bring
Juventus do need a shake-up in midfield. The club has many options in the middle of the park but none of those options seems to excite fans or the manager. With limited output in goals and assists last season from their midfield, the Serie A giants will hope Pogba can provide both creativity and scoring.
The ex-United midfielder had a good season last year with nine assists in the league making him joint 7th best. Overall the French international has had a wavy time in Manchester and will hope to re-solidify his status as one of the best midfielders in the world.
