Having only dropped three points to date, they sit at the top of the table with 27 points. Significantly, a gap of seven points has already been amassed to third place. Kasey McAteer will be sidelined for at least another four weeks after picking up a hamstring injury at Blackburn Rovers. Callum Doyle will be out for at least three to four months. Dennis Praet remains on the sidelines for three weeks before being in consideration. Summer signing Tom Cannon remains a long-term absentee with no indication of his return to training.
