Why Are Tottenham So Eager To Sign Club Brugge Forward?

Nusa has become a desired prospect in the transfer market and the youngster even admitted in September 2023 that Chelsea had tried to sign him in the earlier summer transfer window after being impressed with his performances. The left-winger has made 27 appearances for Brugge this season, scoring four goals and providing three assists in all competitions.

The 18-year-old is an exciting prospect who has already broken into the Norwegian national team as well, having also scored his first goal in four appearances for the national team. In fact, Norway captain and Arsenal midfielder Martin Odegaard even described Nusa as an “incredibly exciting” player last year, praising his ability to create trouble with the ball in his feet.

He has become part of his national side’s exciting generation of impressive attacking players, from the exceptional Eerling Haaland and Oscar Bobb to Arsenal’s vital midfield creator.

Nusa is an impressive dribbler of the ball, who boasts acceleration ability and the tendency to cause trouble in the final third too, which is why Spurs want to ensure that he can enjoy his best years with them and provide more cover in the left-wing area for the future.
