Tottenham Hotspur Predicted Lineup v Liverpool

Tottenham Hotspur predicted lineup

Liverpool will host Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield on May 7 for their Premier League Clash. With only four games of the 2021/22 season remaining, Tottenham will be looking to take all three points away from Liverpool to keep their hopes of Champions League football next season alive. Spurs manager Antonio Conte has revealed some team news in his press conference ahead of the key clash. Here is our Tottenham Hotspur predicted lineup.

How Tottenham Have Lined-up Recently

Tottenham managed to get their hopes of a top-four finish back on track last weekend with a win against Leicester City. However, with so little of the Premier League season remaining, the North London club will be looking to finish strong as they trail fourth-placed Arsenal by only two points going into the game at Anfield.

Antonio Conte has shown an affinity for playing with three central defenders, both during his time at Chelsea and since joining Spurs. Harry Kane and Son Heung-min are almost certain to start at Anfield, however, the question will be who partners them in the front three. Lucas Moura was favoured when the team last took the pitch against Leicester but Dejan Kulusevski has been in fine form since joining on loan from Juventus.

Tottenham Injuries to Consider

Conte has confirmed that left-back Sergio Reguilon will miss the clash at Anfield due to a calf issue. The Spaniard sustained the injury prior to the Brentford match on April 23, which meant the full-back was consigned to the bench for that fixture. Matt Doherty, Oliver Skipp and Japhet Tanganga all remain sidelined with injuries that will rule them out for the remainder of the season.

Tottenham Hotspur Predicted Lineup

With Reguilon ruled out, Ryan Sessegnon will likely start at left wing-back against Liverpool. The 21-year-old has made 11 appearances for the club under Conte, which is the most under any Spurs manager since joining from Fulham in 2019.

Hugo Lloris; Christian Romero, Eric Dier, Ben Davies, Emerson, Ryan Sessegnon; Rodrigo Bentancur, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg; Dejan Kulusevski, Son Heung-min, Harry Kane.
