BUYING TICKETS FOR A MATCH DAY
We aim to provide a personal service for all supporters with accessible needs. To purchase tickets, please call Supporter Services on 0203 870 3303 and our team will be happy to discuss your individual requirements and advise on the best seats available.
You can also contact Supporter Services by emailing supporterservices@sportseventsguide.com.
At StoneX Stadium we have a variety of options available to cater for supporters with accessible needs on match days.
We have wheelchair spaces available to book, both seasonally and on a match by match basis, in the 1876 and South stands. For ambulant supporters, our Supporter Services team will do their best to accommodate supporters’ specific requirements.
Tickets will be charged at the concessionary prices for supporters with accessible needs, including wheelchair users and ambulant supporters, on production of proof of eligibility. Please see below for a list of acceptable proofs.
Where the need for personal support has been identified, Saracens will admit one personal assistant / essential companion free of charge on the understanding that they are providing a service to the supporter with accessible needs, to enable them to access matchday facilities. The personal assistant must be over 16 and should be capable of supporting the supporter with accessible needs in the event of an emergency. The Club requires the supporter with accessible needs and their companion to enter the ground together and sit together. A companion match ticket or Season Ticket may not be used to gain entry to the ground without the eligible supporter with accessible needs being present.
Supporters with accessible needs requesting a complimentary companion seat must supply one of the following:Â
- Proof of Disability Living Allowance – Mobility or Care Component (DLA)
- Proof of Personal Independent Payment - Mobility or Care Component (PIP)
- Proof of Severe Disablement Allowance
- Proof of Attendance Allowance
- A copy of registration documents which certify Registered Blind or Registered Partially Sighted
The proof must be in the form of a letter from the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and must be dated, and valid for the current period.
We will also accept valid Nimbus Disability / Credability Access Cards with the +1 symbol.
This list is not exhaustive, and consideration will be given to any other evidence that can be provided. For guidance, the Club advises supporters to refer to the Level Playing Field website www.levelplayingfield.org.uk.
Some of these proofs are dated and it may be necessary for you to resubmit new documentation on request.
Our matchday ticket office is a temporary facility, located on the south-west corner of the stadium.
There is no drop counter available in this area but staff are accommodating and mitigate this with a personal service as required.
WHILST YOU ARE AT STONEX STADIUM
Pioneers are easily identified in blue jackets. They will help you locate your seat and can provide information about the facilities.
Any supporters with specific seating requirements (e.g. a certain area or row, step-free access etc) should contact supporterservices@sportseventsguide.com to discuss their requirement in more detail. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
The top rows of the 1876 Stand (blocks W01 – W11) and the East Stand are steep and we would discourage any supporter who would be unable to exit the stadium quickly in the event of an emergency from purchasing tickets in these areas.
Viewing areas for wheelchair users and their companions are available in both the 1876 and South Stands. Dedicated matchday disabled liaison staff are also posted in both these areas.
The 1876 Stand has a total of 58 wheelchair/companion spaces. The seating areas are allocated at Level 1 (22 wheelchair/companion positions) and Level 2 (36 wheelchair/companion positions). The 1876 Stand has lift access in the centre and the south end for access to wheelchair refuges.
The South Stand has a raised accessible viewing platform with a capacity of 5 wheelchair spaces at each end. Personal assistants may be required to sit behind the wheelchair user, depending on demand for use on any given game. There is step-free access via the accessible entrances at either end of the South Stand.  Please note the stadium is an outdoor venue and whilst a roof exists on each of our stands, these accessible platforms are not covered and visitors may get wet dependent on the weather and the direction of the wind.
The East Stand has capacity for 4 wheelchair spaces at elevated level with space for personal assistants. Step-free access to this space is available via the main entrance to the rear of the East Stand. On arrival Pioneers will greet you, before directing you to the lifts to access the appropriate area.
Catering kiosks are found at regular intervals around the stadium.
There is a lower counter located within our Olympic Bar whilst several our other temporary concessions also offer this facility or a personal service to accommodate those requiring this type of facility.
Straws are available upon request throughout the stadium.
We do not have a dedicated Sensory Room available on match days, however we can offer quieter places for people who may need them. We are happy to discuss your individual requirements and talk through the facilities we do have to offer. Please contact Supporter Services on supporterservices@sportseventsguide.com or call 0203 870 3303.
There is a Changing Places toilet located in the 1876 Stand. Please ask a Pioneer to direct you.
SportsEvents Guide Store, operated by Castore, is located in the south-east corner of the East Stand and is the best place to buy all your official club merchandise. Easily accessible via Gate A, the shop is entirely on one floor at ground level, with easy-access doors to enter.
The shop is open on Men’s and Women’s matchdays. If you require a quieter period to visit the store, we recommend visiting around 2 hours before kick-off, or waiting until 30 minutes after the final whistle. Please note that you will require a valid match ticket to enter the ground.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to do your shopping online then you can do so by visiting shop.sportseventsguide.com where your official merchandise can be delivered straight to your door.
The home of Saracens has a number of temporary hearing loops on site and upon request to any of our Pioneers we are able to provide this service at any service area including catering, retail and hospitality.
Signage around the stadium is white type on a blue background, with our concourses being highly visible, offering a contrast between the walls and the floors.
Assistance dogs are welcome at the Stadium. Should you wish to bring your assistance dog along, please contact supporterservices@sportseventsguide.com in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Storage can be provided for wheelchairs and walking frames for those supporters who are able to transfer into a seat. Please ask our Pioneers for details when you arrive at the Stadium.
Evacuation procedures will be advised by the Safety Officer and actioned by Pioneers as required. Disabled refuge points exist throughout the East stand at all levels. EvacSlydes are ready for use within the East stand from Level M, Level 1 and Level 2.
The areas around the stadium has predominantly level access and all pavements have dropped kerbs. When moving around the vicinity of the stadium please stick to the footpaths and avoid walking in the roads.
