This Sunday, May 28th is the 107th running of the Indianapolis 500. The 200-lap race will run on the 2.5-mile oval at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
The starting grid consists of 11 rows of three drivers from this past weekend’s qualifying sessions. Rows 1-2 were locked in after the Fast Six on Sunday. Rows 5-10 were set on the 1st day of qualifying this past Saturday and Row 11 was finalized during last chance qualifying Sunday.
Sitting on the pole is 2021 series champion and current points leader Alex Palou, who set the fastest four-lap average in Indianapolis 500 qualifying history at 234.217 MPH.
