The Colts are coming off of a 29-27 loss to the Houston Texans whereas the Packers are coming off of a 34-29 loss to the Eagles. However, the feeling couldn’t be more different for these teams after these losses. Packers star quarterback Jordan Love got hurt at the very end of the game, and his status is in doubt for the next couple of weeks. In Indianapolis, quarterback Anthony Richardson made his return and showed flashes of brilliance.

Explosive Colts Offense
Anthony Richardson makes the Colts offense dynamic. His dual threat ability is a nightmare for defenses. Last week, Richardson threw for 212 yards while rushing for 56. He added two touchdowns through the air and one on the ground. Running back Jonathan Taylor remains one of the best in the game at his position as well. The Colts mustered 303 yards last week, which is mediocre. Yet they still put up 27 points. The sky is the limit for this offense with a healthy Richardson at the helm.
Struggling Packers Defense
Green Bay’s defense looked awful against the Eagles. They gave up 410 total yards, 266 through the air and 144 on the ground. Granted, Philadelphia has more dynamic pass catchers in A.J. Brown and Devonta Smith then Indianapolis does. However, the rushing attacks are very similar. Both teams have dynamic running backs in Saquon Barkley and Jonathan Taylor. The Eagles and Colts also have strong dual threat quarterbacks in Jalen Hurts and Anthony Richardson. Green Bay will likely struggle again as they face a similar rushing attack to last week against Philadelphia.
Final Thoughts
Without Jordan Love, Green Bay is just outmatched in this game. Malik Willis is not a good quarterback, and will very likely struggle to move the ball. The Colts rushing attack, led by Anthony Richardson and Jonathan Taylor, should have its way against Green Bay’s defense.
