Bottom Line on Kalija Lipscomb
Kalija Lipscomb was a four-year contributor at Vanderbilt. Lipscomb is a versatile player. Lipscomb saw action as a receiver, rusher and return man. He led the entire SEC conference in receiving as a junior, hauling in an impressive 87 receptions. His production dropped as a senior, due to Vanderbilt having one of the worst offenses in the nation. They simply were not good. That said, Lipscomb still led the team in receptions with 47 receptions. He was on the watch list for the 2019 Biletnikoff award. He played in the senior bowl and made two receptions. Lipscomb is one of the best route runners in the entire draft, but a lack of athleticism hurts his standing. He’s seen as a late-round possibility or could be an undrafted free agent. He does have the talent to make plays at the next level.
