Thunder Rosa launched a brand new promotion in Central Texas recently called Mission Pro Wrestling, and the company has recently announced that it will be an entirely all-women promotion, but that doesn’t mean just the performers. From the ownership to the referees to webmasters, the company plans on being entirely women-driven. Mission Pro is based out of Buda, Texas, a suburb of metro Austin. On Sunday, Mission Pro announced the hiring of indie wrestler Robyn Reid as the company’s head of creative and booking.
We at Mission Pro are proud to welcome @_RobynReid to the MPW family! She will be head of creative and booking. If you're interested in possibly being booked send her an email. Email is [email protected]. Once again, please help us in welcoming Robyn to the team! pic.twitter.com/zkFaHOT7F5

Originally from South Carolina, Robyn Reid has been a product of the Texas indie scene for six years, since she began training under WWE Hall of Famer Booker T at Reality of Wrestling (ROW), where she competes as Ivory Robyn. She’s a former 2x ROW Diamonds Champion. Through her career, she’s also competed for other Texas indies such as Inspire Pro, as well as Maryland’s MCW Pro, SHIMMER, Shine Wrestling, RISE Wrestling, Queens of Combat (QOC) and others. In 2018, she joined Women of Wrestling (WOW), where she competed as The Disciplinarian.
Texas has had strong growth in the indie scene in the past decade, particularly in the women’s scene, as top stars like IMPACT Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace, NWA World Women’s Champion Thunder Rosa, Kylie Rae, Allie Kat, and others have gone through the Texas scene, alongside other rising indie stars like Miranda Alize, AQA, Alex Gracia, and Hyan making huge waves.
