Preview: WWE – 205 Live (02/12/21)

205 Live

The Purple brand of WWE has been firing on all cylinders lately. These past few months, Cruiserweight action has been consistently conducted at a breakneck pace. The superstars competing on the brand week in and week out have been giving it their all. The best half-hour of Cruiserweight action is coming at you so you better be ready! No matches have been officially announced as of yet. But nonetheless, let us take a speculative look at what could happen on this week’s edition of WWE 205 Live.

What To Expect on 205 Live

August Grey has been on a mini-roll as of late. Whether it’s simply showing up and kicking some butt or getting a major win over Jake Atlas last week, Grey has been consistently putting on performance after performance. It’s too bad Ariya Daivari and Tony Nese rained on August’s parade at the end of last week’s show. Regardless, The man who puts the “Jive” in “205 Jive” will surely be looking to continue his hot streak.

– Speaking of “The Persian PrinceAriya Daivari and “The Premier AthleteTony Nese, the OG’s of 205 Live have been wreaking havoc on the roster. They would beat down their opponents at the start of the night after their match. And in the Main Event, they would again make a statement and beat down August Grey and Jake Atlas. These men are for real and they’re not gonna take things lying down. Daivari and Nese are ready to take their show back.

Legado Del Fantasma had a very strong showing against MSK in the latest edition of WWE NXT. Unfortunately, the duo of Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza lost the “Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic” Semi-Final match to the young upstarts. The night didn’t exactly get better for Wilde and Mendoza as Karrion Kross would dispatch of them to send their leader Santos Escobar a clear warning for their match-up on NXT next week. Will we see Joaquin and Raul healthy enough to regain their momentum in Cruiserweight competition? Fans better tune in to find out.

– Last week saw the debut of BollyRise a team born out of the truce between EverRise and The Bollywood Boyz. The combination of Sunil Singh and Matt Martel were unsuccessful against the team of Ariya Daivari and Tony Nese showing the makeshift duo exactly why they’re the undisputed Kings of 205 Live. Maybe fans will see another combination of the two tag teams. Its possible fans will see Samir Singh and Chase Parker try their hand at tag team competition. It’s going to be exciting this week so 205 Live fans should keep their eyes glued to the screen.
