Adam Cole is All Elite! In what has perhaps been the third worst-kept secret in recent times (behind CM Punk and potentially Bryan Danielson), Adam Cole has made his first appearance for All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Cole, a former NXT and Ring of Honor Champion, is a founding member of The Elite – the biggest faction in AEW. At tonight’s AEW All Out 2021 event, the former member appeared at the height of the show, confronting his friends in The Elite before landing a superkick on Jungle Boy. Simply put, Cole sided with his friends.

Adam Cole is All Elite
Adam Cole debuting in AEW is a big loss for the WWE, who reportedly made every effort to maintain his services. However, with Cole’s real-life friends being in AEW – as well as his wife, Britt Baker – perhaps joining the Tony Khan-headed company was more inevitable than we imagined. The signing is, also, a huge get for the company; Cole is a certified star, capable of consistently putting on 5-star clinics in the ring.
His acquisition is sure to be a big hit and it is only a matter of time until he hits the ground running. For now, all can rejoice in this deal. Going forward, however, Cole has work to do to stand out on a bloated roster brimming with stars and potential stars. If he maintains form, he can pull it off. Why? Because Adam Cole is All Elite, Bay-Bay!
