New NXT UK Tag Champs Moustache Mountain To Talk
The Midlands has needed a win for a while. For too long people from the heart of the UK have been dining out on old wins. The greatest writer of all time Shakespeare was from Staffordshire, him responsible for the theory of evolution Charles Darwin was from Shropshire, and the band to thank for the greatest Christmas song of all time Slade is from Walsall. But that’s all in the past.
Finally, Wolverhampton and Dudley’s famous sons Trent Seven and Tyler Bate have bagged the NXT UK Tag Team Championship. Moustache Mountain will address the NXT UK universe this week and take their place as the kings of Midlands.

Die Gallus Die
Charlie Dempsey aligned himself with Teoman and Rohan Raja to form Die Familia after weeks of Gallus interrupting his interview segments. Dempsey joined in the beatdown on Joe and Mark Coffey and Wolfgang to even the odds in an ongoing feud.
As a duo, Teoman and Raja had been struggling to compete in their rivalry with the three-man Gallus. Now Dempsey has joined the ranks and will go one-on-one with Joe Coffey. This will be Dempsey’s biggest test since joining NXT UK and it’ll be interesting to see how his unique style plays against “The Iron King”. Teoman, Raja and Dempsey all signed with NXT UK at the start of 2021.
A-Kid vs. Frazer in Heritage Cup No.1 Contender Match
A-Kid has had some disgustingly good matches this year with the likes of WALTER, Tyler Bate, Jordan Devlin and NXT UK Champion Ilja Dragunov. Nathan Frazer has also had some cracker contests, most recently with Mark Andrews.
This week the two will meet in a Heritage Rules match to determine who will challenge Noam Dar for his Heritage Cup Championship. It’s bound to be a great match but who can we expect to win? It’s tough to pick a winner as it could literally go either way. But as A-Kid has already had a Heritage Cup Championship reign, it could make sense to give Frazer the chance to step up to the plate.
