It’s Monday night and Monday Night Raw tonight is back home, as they return to their most recognized modern venue in the city that was their home base in its territory days, the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York City, New York. It was the host for NXT’s first-ever outside event in the form of NXT Takeover: Brooklyn. The first time it hosted the WWE was for the TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chair pay-per-view in late 2012. Notable for being the first time The Shield wrestled, defeating Team Hell No (Kane & Daniel Bryan) and Ryback. WWE’s last time here was this past October, on the episode of Raw where Seth Rollins defeated Bobby Lashley to win the United States Championship. With that, lets take a look at WWE Raw Tonight.

WWE Raw Tonight – Full Card
Lesnar Can’t Get Him Out Of His Head
It’s the last episode of Raw before WWE’s trip to Montreal, Canada and their Elimination Chamber event this Saturday. The card for the event is mostly set as we have our Unified Universal WWE Championship match more than set in stone with Sami Zayn challenging Roman Reigns as well as two announced Elimination Chamber matches with all six participants having already qualified in the last few weeks. Currently, we have 4 slated matches but a fifth lingers in the form of Brock Lesnar vs Bobby Lashley. The Beast Incarnate flatout challenged The All Mighty One to a third affair in the ring for this Saturday. But Lashley simply scoffed at the idea, saying he would have “his team look over it” to paraphrase what he said. The main question between the two right now is if the match really will happen at Elimination Chamber.
The two are slated for a contract signing segment tonight which will likely solidify the match. We already saw how….. Interested….. Lesnar is in the idea of a third match. Claiming he can’t get Lashley out of his mind. Not even while sleeping with his magazine cover gracing hot wife. Nonetheless, it’s pretty safe to say the match is going to finalize the Elimination Chamber card once the two sign tonight. Wonder if WWE would spring to have Kylie Minogue’s hit song play over a video highlighting their feud.
A Miz Double-Header
Brace yourselves. Because we have dual Miz involvement announced for Raw tonight. Up first, he’ll host Miz TV. No doubt a special edition, because they always are, as he says. The Miz is scheduled to have his talking segment alongside Seth Rollins. More than likely to push not just Seth’s involvement in the Elimination Chamber, challenging for the United States Championship. But also a common thread between the two: Logan Paul. Of course, Logan Paul and The Miz teamed up at last year’s Wrestlemania to defeat Dominik and Rey Mysterio before Miz betrayed Paul. At Summerslam, Paul defeated The Miz and at the Royal Rumble, Paul made his return following his MCL tear at Crown Jewel to eliminate Rollins. We’ll likely get our second step towards a Wrestlemania match between Logan Paul and Seth Rollins tonight.
The second part of the Miz double-header sees him face off against Rick Boogs, having made his return just two weeks ago and defeating The Miz in an impromptu match. Of course, The Miz claims he wasn’t ready for a match, shocked of being a wrestler forced to wrestle in a wrestling show that’s notorious for it’s spontaneous match-making. Nonetheless, The Miz has actual knowledge of the match taking place this time. A full week of advanced notice. Let’s see how it goes for him and for Rick Boogs on his second outing since his injury at last year’s Wrestlemania.
Mustafa Wants A Chance
Mustafa Ali has been looking for chances in this latest attempt by WWE to use him. It draws rather concerning parallels to Dolph Ziggler. Either way, he’s scheduled to take on another of the Elimination Chamber participants in the form of Bronson Reed. Reed defeated the aforementioned opportunity seeker Dolph Ziggler to qualify, spurring the on-screen comparisons between Ali and Ziggler. Will Ali fare better than Ziggler? Well….. Maybe we can get a good match out of it
Women’s Trios Action
To preview the women’s Elimination Chamber match that will select Bianca Belair’s Raw Women’s Championship opponent at Wrestlemania, we have a trios match set. It divides the two sides between Raw and Smackdown. As Asuka, Nikki Cross and Carmella sport red against Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez and Natalya’s blue. No explanation has been offered as to why 3 Smackdown talents get to possibly go after the Raw title, but then again, we’ve also seen Adam Pearce poaching Smackdown talents from Adam Pearce and signing them to Raw lately. Either all, expect the women to break down in conflict en route to such an important match this Saturday.

All that and more is slated for tonight’s episode of Raw. Will we see more of The Bloodline? Would there be space for more matches on the Elimination Chamber card? What of Lita’s return to aid Becky Lynch against Damage CTRL? What will be the follow-up there? Is a second legend in line to return soon to make it 3 vs 3? Let’s see what WWE Raw tonight has in store.
