#AndNEW: NWA 75 Sees FOUR New Champions Crowned on Night One

Max The Impaler wins NWA World Women's Television Championship at NWA 75.

It’s only the first night of the National Wrestling Alliance in “The Chase” for NWA 75 and already several things has happened, namely, four title changes. Let’s quickly run down these title changes before the NWA proceeds with night two of NWA 75.

Four New Champions Crowned at “The Chase”

NWA 75 night one started off with a bang as Max The Impaler finally avenged their loss to Kenzie Paige and became the brand new NWA World Television Champion. While it was a tough blow for the Pretty Empowered member, Kenzie did not waste any time and entered the Burke Invitational Gauntlet.

Kenzie went on to win the whole thing last eliminating Allysin Kay, thus securing her date with the record-breaking, night one-retaining #OneTime NWA World Women’s Championship titleholder Kamille on night two.

This match was quickly followed up by a three-way dance for the vacant NWA National Heavyweight Championship between, JR KratosOdinson, and “Thrillbilly” Silas Mason. This was the night that saw Mason capture the National Title. However, it also marked the end of his relationship with Pollo Del Mar. After the match, Mason stated he dedicated this win to the late great Terry Funk.

Later in the night, we saw the “Future Legend” Kerry Morton finally fall, in a valiant effort no less, to the extraordinarily talented Colby Corino, ultimately losing the NWA Jr. Heavyweight Championship. No rest for the wicked though as Corino immediately puts his newly won crown against the winner of the Jubilee Jamboree Jack Cartwheel on the second night of NWA 75.

The final title change for night one saw the one-year reign of La Rebelión with the NWA World Tag Team Championships end at the hands of Blunt Force Trauma. The Aron Stevens-led BFT will have no time to celebrate long though as, much like Corino and Kamille, they will have to defend on night two. This Sunday night, Blunt Force Trauma will go up against 2023 Crockett Cup winners Mike Knox and Trevor Murdoch.

Night one of NWA 75 was a heck of a show, and we have one more show to go! Don’t miss the second night of the NWA’s 75th Anniversary show NWA 75!
