Trick Williams And Carmelo Hayes Finally Clash In The Ring

The classic story of friends turned bitter rivals has been told several times over. With Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams, that story gets told in a whole different way. Forged by friendship and camaraderie, this is a unique relationship that has been a major talking point within NXT for years now. With singles title ambitions trumping their joint vision, this story has seen egos come out on top. The story is multi-layered and, at Stand & Deliver, it reaches a fever pitch.

After weeks of mind games, Hayes and Williams will finally meet in the ring to settle their beef. It can be expected that both of them will have tricks up their sleeves. History will be made at Stand & Deliver when Hayes and Williams’ meet in the main event too. Regardless of who walks away with the victory, the pair are going to prove why they are the hottest story in NXT right now.

Oba Femi Looks To Fulfill His Destiny In Three-Way Action

Ever since Oba Femi made his debut in NXT, he has spoken of fulfilling his destiny. His star shone brighter than ever during the 2023 NXT Men’s Breakout Tournament, which he ultimately went on to win. Femi has gone on to have one of the most dominant runs in NXT history, and he faces his biggest test at Stand & Deliver.

Femi will be defending the NXT North American Championship in a triple threat against Dijak and Josh Briggs, with both challengers looking for an opportunity to move up the ranks. Femi will be looking to make a statement with this match – that he will not let anyone stand in the way of his destiny.

Ilja Dragunov And Tony D’Angelo Go Into Battle

Ever since Tony D’Angelo won the right to challenge for the NXT Championship over Hayes at Roadblock, the leader of The Family has been laser-focused on getting the gold. Ilja Dragunov has been holding the championship for close to 200 days, and he has only gotten more powerful with the gold.

D’Angelo is still looking to gain his first singles title but he is going up against a champion who will go down swinging. D’Angelo has been playing mind games and trying to break Dragunov’s spirit but the champion has remained unyielding. At Stand & Deliver, D’Angelo and Dragunov will go into a battle that the one with the most heart and wants the gold more will win.

Roxanne Perez Challenges Lyra Valkyria

Lyra Valkyria has held the NXT Women’s Championship since Halloween Havoc and, since then, she has been getting past any and all challengers who dare to step up to her. At Stand & Deliver though, she faces a challenger like no other. Roxanne Perez is a former NXT Women’s Champion in her own right, and she is ready to regain the title.

At Stand & Deliver in 2023 Perez lost the title after having one of the best rookie years in NXT history. A year later, she looks to join Charlotte Flair and Shayna Baszler by becoming a two-time NXT Women’s Champion. Valkyria will not be willing to relinquish the title that easily though, as she continues to solidify her reign. Both are motivated and determined to walk away the victor, and this will make for an exciting match for wrestling fans.
