Backlash Preview on Raw

Damian Priest will defend his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Jey Uso at Backlash. The two will be on opposite sides of a 6-man tag team match on WWE Raw. Priest is joined by “The Judgement Day” stablemates Finn Balor and JD McDonagh. Uso has Andrade and Richochet on his team.

Logan Paul is currently without a challenger for his United States Championship at Backlash and is set to appear on WWE Raw. Perhaps an opponent might show up.

New Women’s World Champion Becky Lynch is also sans combatant for Backlash. With the WWE Draft set to continue on WWE Raw anyone could show up.

The Draft Continues

Night 1 of the WWE Draft was seen on SmackDown. Bron Breakker and Kiana James were both drafted to WWE Raw so we could see them debut this week.

There will be 24 draft picks on WWE Raw, split into six rounds. Raw will pick first. CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Kevin Owens, and Gunther are the biggest names eligible for draft on Raw.

Champions from each brand are protected from being drafted except the Women’s Tag Team Champions Damage Control. You can see the full list of who is eligible in the below graphic shared by Raw General Manager Adam Pearce.

NXT superstars are also eligible for the WWE Draft.
