“Following the success of our live events and talent identification efforts throughout all of Europe, we believe this is the perfect time to expand NXT beyond the UK,” said Shawn Michaels, WWE Vice President of Talent Development Creative.

According to WWE, with the launch of WWE UK in 2016, for their tournament, and the actual NXT UK show debuted back in the Fall of 2018 (initial tapings happening that summer), the brand has brought in countless stars from the UK to worldwide audiences, the likes of GUNTHER (WALTER), Pete Dunne (Butch), Rhea Ripley, Doudrop (Piper Niven), and many others. NXT UK will be reimagined to reflect a more pan-European focus.
Prior to the rebranding, NXT will host a Peacock/WWE Network exclusive event, a third World Collide event on 4 Sept, 4:00 p.m. EST.
