Australian Open Odds: Parlays, Props, Set Betting for Semifinals

The semis are set at the 2023 Australian Open.

Novak Djokovic made quick work of No. 5 seed Andrey Rublev on Tuesday en route to his 26th consecutive win at Melbourne Park.

He’ll now face 25-year-old Tommy Paul – the United States’ last hope for an Australian Open champion.

Paul took care of compatriot Ben Shelton in four sets and earned a trip to the first semifinal of his career.

Bet on the remaining four matches at legal tennis betting sites, including parlays, player props, and set betting.

Tommy Paul vs. Novak Djokovic

Tommy Paul will have the weight of a nation on his back this Thursday when he takes on the best player to have ever graced Melbourne Park.

The American will seek his first trip to a Grand Slam final, while his opponent, Novak Djokovic, will be looking to win for the 10th time at the Australian Open.

Djokovic has been dealing with a hamstring injury, but it’s had little effect on his play. The Serbian took just over two hours to erase world No. 6 Andrey Rublev in straight sets.

The stakes will be sky-high in the first-ever meeting between these two.

Bet on a wide range of set markets, including correct score.

Stefanos Tsitsipas vs. Karen Khachanov

Stefanos Tsitsipas is no stranger to the semis at the AO. He’s now won three straight quarterfinals at Melbourne Park and four of the last five.

Unfortunately for the Greek, that’s where the party has always ended. If he can change that this year, he’ll have a shot at the world No. 1 ranking.

Russia’s Karen Khachanov stands in the way and is vying for his first career trip to a Grand Slam final. The 26-year-old Russian has now made consecutive semifinal Slam appearances – losing to Casper Ruud at the US Open last September.

Tsitsipas has the upper hand in head-to-head matches, with a lifetime 5-1 record vs. Khachanov.

Elena Rybakina vs. Victoria Azarenka

Last year’s Wimbledon champ, Elena Rybakina, is proving to be a force on the women’s circuit.

After knocking out world No. 1 Iga Swiatek in Round 4, Rybakina cruised past Jelena Ostapenko in the quarters (6-2, 6-4) to earn her second career Grand Slam semifinals appearance.

She’ll now square off against 33-year-old Victoria Azarenka, who has been making some noise in the twilight of her career.

The two-time Aussie Open champ is looking for a third after a decade-long hiatus. Azarenka has been to a GS final just once (US Open 2020) since her 2013 championship in Melbourne.

Rybakina won the lone matchup between the two in straight sets at Indian Wells in 2022.

Wager on various player props.

Magda Linette vs. Aryna Sabalenka

World No. 5 Aryna Sabalenka has reached the semis at a major for the fourth time in her career. She’s yet to advance to the final.

The Belarusian hopes to flip the script on Thursday when she faces 30-year-old Pole Magda Linette.

Linette, who has never been ranked higher than 33rd, has been excellent this tournament, dropping just one set through the first five rounds.

These two have met twice, most recently in the first round at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, where Sabalenka dominated 6-2, 6-1. She also won their previous match in 2018.

Bet on the alternative set spread.
