Daria Kasatkina and Madison Keys are two players that know each other very well. This will be the 11th meeting between the two, the fourth in the last 18 months, and the first on grass. Both Kasatkina and Keys have been consistent title threats on tour this year and are competing in their second final of the season.
Kasatkina entered the draw as the No. 9 seed and has dropped just one set in four matches this week. She has already ousted three top-30 players in Eastbourne and will look to make it No. 4 when she squares off against Madison Keys on Saturday.

Keys, the current world No. 25, has yet to drop a set in Eastbourne. She is coming off a convincing 6-3 6-3 semifinal victory over Coco Gauff and has reestablished herself as one of the best grass-court players on tour. The 28-year-old American holds a career mark of 39-13 on the surface (4-0 this year).
Kasatkina has an aggressive play style centered on pushing her opponent off the baseline. Against Keys, that is very tough to do. This matchup will include world-class ball striking with some terrific rallies. Ultimately, I see Keys raising her first grass title since 2016. Her consistency, experience, and current form on the surface will wear down her Russian counterpart.
